We are the first team transformation methodology that integrates corporate theater and business storytelling to strengthen communication, cohesion and organizational leadership.
We are part of La Vaca Multicolor, a Cultural Association dedicated to stage creation, acting training and human metamorphosis.
We were born in Peru and now have a presence on three continents. We bring the rigor of rehearsal, the truth of the stage and the power of experiential learning to the corporate world.
