Versión actualizada al 30 de octubre del 2025In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law (“Personal Data Protection Law”) and its regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, the following privacy policy is applicable to the personal data collected by ASOCIACION CIVIL LVM (“La Vaca Multicolor”):
General Information
Personal data is stored in the database called “Clients,” owned by La Vaca Multicolor, with Taxpayer Identification Number (RUC) 20609561093 and registered address at Av. General Canevaro No. 116, Suite 1301, Lince, Lima, Peru.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
La Vaca Multicolor will process personal data for the execution of the business relationship with the client, including, but not limited to, providing information and answering user questions about our services, handling and processing purchase requests, and providing user support.
Additionally, provided it is specifically authorized by the User, the processing of personal data may be carried out for the following ancillary purpose: to carry out advertising activity.
Information collected and retention period
La Vaca Multicolor will collect and process the following information:
- Personal identification data: full name, telephone number, email address.
All personal data collected is necessary to fulfill the main purpose mentioned above, so failure to provide it makes it impossible to carry out that purpose.
The personal data collected will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship or, in the case of advertising actions, until your consent is revoked.
Exercise of rights
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as revoke their consent for purposes not necessary for the execution of the commercial relationship, through the email contacto@lavacamulticolor.pe or at our offices located at the address indicated above.

Security and confidentiality of personal data
In accordance with the Principle of Security in the processing of personal data, La Vaca Multicolor will provide the necessary technical, organizational and legal measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data or confidential information provided by the Collaborators.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
La Vaca Multicolor reserves the right to update this policy at any time in order to adapt it to legislative or legal changes within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Act and its Regulations.
