Our Story
From the Stage to the Business World
Corporate Metamorphosis was born at the intersection of professional theater and team dynamics.
We are Fernando, Andrea, and Rodrigo—founders of this unique methodology and of *La Vaca Multicolor*, a Cultural Association with over a decade of experience in stage creation, acting training, and human transformation.
After years of working with actors, educators, and directors from around the world, we discovered that the same tools that transform an actor on stage are the same ones that organizations can use to drive profound change:

This is how Corporate Metamorphosis was born: a methodology created for companies that don’t want more theory, but a real-life rehearsal of the transformation they need.

Master in Audiovisual Performance, teacher, actress and producer. Co-founder of La Vaca Multicolor and Corporate Metamorphosis. Passionate about art, travel, good coffee, and deep conversations.

Actor, director, playwright, cultural manager and theater teacher. Founder of La Vaca Multicolor and Corporate Metamorphosis. A philosopher at heart, lover of Shakespeare, Vallejo and new ways of creating art through artificial intelligence.

Philosopher and actor. Graduate of New York University in Abu Dhabi, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Philosophy at the University of Luxembourg. A lover of poetry, theater, and lifelong learning.
